  • Chocolate Bayou 3/1

Hadn't fished chocolate in a few months and was skeptical on the bayou conditions, but i think the high tides and extra saltwater helped a lot. Caught a few small keeper trout right before dark on the edge of the bayou. Aside from that it was very slow, beautiful foggy day though.

Nice. I need to break out the yak and head over there.

        Thanks for the report.
"Hey Hillary, regarding the Benghazi Attack on 9/11-we'll just blame it on that movie, not my total lack of security. By the way, what's so significant about 9/11 anyway-was that a date my buddy Bill Ayers of the Weather Underground blew up a government building?" asked Obama to Hillary. The bay system is looking better, but this rain will mess it up for 2-3 days. I will be out there tomorrow if it eases up to see if i can catch them at the drains with the runoff. Time change is good for evening fishing
