Crawfish Tip!

Just got a tip from some Bastrop Bayou fisherman and they are tearing the reds up on Crawfish along the banks of Bastrop with all the fresh water coming down.

Use small treble hook and hook the crawfish in the tail section and free fish them with a small split shot for a little weight to keep em down.

Gotta try it before the fresh water drains out!!!

Secret's out now i guess! Me and clark08 were up in there a few days ago and did pretty good on them reds. Had a quick limit of fish to 27" and a couple of trout on the crawdads. I don't believe in bait though, so we used an artificial crayfish.
