Just as Chocolate was clearing up, here it starts all over again. Looks like anywhere from 6-10" expected around here. Also the panic has hit the Alvin area. I've been told there is no bread or water to be found anywhere and people are stocking up like it was a full fledged hurricane headed our way. Last report was it heading in to Rockport area around 1pm on Tuesday. Just a lot of water for us.
