With the recent rains is there any salt water in the bayou? Christmas break is coming up and might get a chance to fish next week. Probably try to launch around Lute's.

I fished my lights Saturday night before the rains came Sunday morning. Was catching keeper trouts and reds. It's just a muddy freshwater river now. This is way up the bayou though. Don't know what it looks like around 2004 bridge.Hello, My name is Anthony, and I'm a Chocoholic.Comment

No way there is salt North of the bridge. Says they got 2-4" of rain this past weekend. Correct me if I'm wrong. I was heading to Fayette Co Lake tomorrow because of all the rain they got in that area.Comment
