Does anyone know if a Lowrance Elite 5 will work under a Tee Top Since it Elite has an internal antenna?

I have the Elite 5 DSI, my boat is not ready yet so i have been playing with in the truck, it does not have any problem getting reception on the console or dash, hope this helps.

Yep, I got a t top and radio box but mounted on dash of console and works fine-but mine's a 7, not a 5.
