Prop Suggestions

Ok I have a 90 Etec with a 13 7/8 x 17 - 3 blade prop on it. I turn about 4950 wide open trimmed out and my mechanic tells me I should be about 5600. How can I get there and not sacrifice top end speed?

Have u tried having ur fuel
Injectors cleaned? Made all the difference in the world for us . They clean em with kerosene one way or another. Turns out that was why we couldn't reach the rpms we should have been getn. After we changed props twice with two long trips to baumann (sp) of course. If u haven't had it done give it a try.
