Last night about 945 I received a text from him talking abut how awesome our trip was and the amazing dinner they had. So I kinda called his bluff and said let's go. He didn't believe it so he called mine. Next thing ya know he was at my door 20 mins later. Wow. So I said let's do this. We loaded up and made the drive and hit the water at midnight. After walking some shore line we decided to try a new area. We made about a 45 min walk through mud and marsh and ended up on a nice sand flat. We walked together and pretty much stuck em together. It was bam bam bam. 8 of them. Water clarity was poor and wind was howling. The storms were moving in all around. Most the night the sky was lit with lighting. Made the walk back to the truck and decide to make one last stop. 20 mins later we were at the shore and couldn't get one of my lights working. So we shared a light and stepped into the water, walked 20 yards, and bam both of us stuck our last one and called it a night. I just woke up and I'm headed his way. As soon as I get there I will post a pic of last nights haul.
