Me and stinging bee went after trout at the ss jetty last night but the wind was too strong. Decided to leave the gear loaded in the truck and headed to the south shoreline of westbay to find the flattys and find em we did! Tide is stil way low so we had to figure out a new plan as our usual spots were dry land. Started at 1 am and were on the way home by 3. We were passing on 15 inches every step we took it seemed and ended up with a limit of 19-20 inches. Water was clear and the wind was howling but it helped keep the skeeters away!dont know how to post a pic from my new phone so ill post when I figure it out

Any time you can be selective regarding the size of flounder you want to take is a great night. Way to go.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FBLbrJxGtro
Not that much different than a Karankawa indian hunting the shallows at night with a torch and a spear.
