  • Giggin Trip on the Bayou

    Got out to Chocolate around 8 pm and caught bait to throw before dark. Landed a 24 in red just before sundown. Decided to light up the lanterns and give it hell. Started off slow, stuck two back to back around 930, then come 1030 the wind died and it was on. Got our 3 man limit by 1 and were headed back to the bridge. Pretty good water clarity after the wind died. Ready for a fish fryClick image for larger version

              Awesome! I tried for a while in the diversionary. Saw 15 or 20 undersized ones and my wife missed the only keeper sized one.
              Shut up and FISH!!
