Took the Jet Kayak GT out to West Bay yesterday evening to look for some flatties. Fished the sunset and caught an undersized slam on gold spinnerbaits. As soon as the sun rolled across the horizon, the flatties moved in shallow and I had my limit by 10:00. This was my first time gigging with the jet kayak and was extremely impressed by how shallow it would run and that it is quiet enough to not spook the fish. I also never thought I would hit 25 mph on a kayak!
