New to WEA and need some location and general tips

I just joined the forum and am planning a trip down to the bay this weekend. Was wanting to see if I could get some pointers and general knowledge of the place before I blindly and UN-knowingly put in somewhere random. I'm planning an all day trip Saturday, and Sunday morning.

Any info would help!

You got good advice on your other thread. Just to follow up, I'd stick to the north shore. You'll be out of the wind. Watch out for the booze hounds and weekend warriors. Good luck!
