Headed out right before the sun came up and found some trout feeding on a reef. Figured they would go away once the sun came up but they actually stayed around until I left. Once the sun came up they moved off the shell and into the guts and mud. Started with a broken back in glow and then switched to a truese goose assassin. Both baits I had to work (twerk?) them hard. I tried the soft and slow presentations and they didn't want any of that. It was a little weird since there was no bait to be found. Ended up with my limit to 4ish pounds.
