Need Advice...

Hey Westender's!

Wanted to get some pointers from anyone willing to help. I'll be staying in Jamaica Beach (Bay-Side on channel) in mid June for a long weekend. I will have access to a couple of Kayaks, and have no clue where to go, as it has been YEARS since I even waded the West Bay.

Any tips on locations(you don't have to give me your specific spots... just general ideas), what to cast... etc would be much appreciated.

Hey there. The cove to the E. can be good. I like to make drifts around the geotubes there, spend a bit more time working the cuts and points.

Same lures as anywhere else. I like tops early then jigs once the sun is up good.

That area should be gettin good, need to hit that spot up myself, its been a while.
