Helios is a HUGE upgrade from T3. I have a t3 8wt I use as my back up rod. It loads quick, but is pretty heavy to fish with all day.

You need to stop by the Mini Expo if you have time. If that doesn't fit into your schedule, call me, I have an 8 Helios, a 7 weight TFO BVK and several other rods that you are more than welcome to try out.

What we really need to do is plan a day that me, you and Coe can all get on my boat and go test these rods on some redfish.
