I was recently turned on to a new lure, and so far I have been impressed.
It's by YUM bait.
and called a "Money Minnow"
Soft plastic, extremly SOFT!, and the action is great....
I rigged mine with a 1/16 th oz. jig head....
I simply cast it & reel it in, and the lue does all the work.
Since it has the paddel tail, and made of super soft plastic, when you reel the action is created.
They have a small pocket in them, I guess to put secent in them.
Bass fishermen rig them weed-less style, but I like the standard jig head.
I find the 1/16 oz is good when the fish are in the middle to the top of the water column, and a 1/8th is better when I want to fish deeper, like under the birds, or even casting in the wind.
DRAW Backs - since they are so soft, they can only make it through 3-5 fish
I proably should rig them with a screw lock, but always seem to mess them up when I do.
and the $$$$ price is not cheap!
$9 dollars for a back of 5.....
Make sure you rig it STRAIGHT, or it will not work
So far, I like the 3 1/2" in the White and Chartruse, which is (924) here
Check out the reviews and all the different palces guys are fishing them.
