i am going to wait and check the bouys in the morning.might go late afternoon if its still rough. bouys are 3.3 ft right now. make sure to bring plenty of OFF with you ,the skeeters were bad thursday!

Just got back from the surf near the water tower, and all I can say is that I wish I were there on Thursday. Started out around 6am and left by 11:30am, free-lined shrimp, caught two trouts (one 7 the other 14) and a ton of ladyfish and whitings. Besides hooked up two stingrays, one is huge probably a good 10-15 pounder. That's all. Never did manage to figure out how trouts feed though they seem so finicky. All fish released.
