Arrived at Slp around 10:30 Wed morning with my other half and 3 dozen croaks, 2nd cast yields a 24 1/2 inch speck
3rd cast yields a 27 7/8 '' trout, then Sara hooks up with a decent keeper, it was back a forth between us with 3 or 4 double hook ups, bite was fast and furios had 2 limits in a little ove an hour, all fish 17-27, Sara got her first limit of trout catching them on her own with a little assistance of me casting her rod without slinging the croak off. Water looked good not great but pleny good enough, no waves at all, really got a kick out of seeing her set the hook and watch her fight those specs. Today was a lot slower, went solo today got down there around 10:45 and found calm waters but sandy, caught 3 at slp and 6 at access 2, trout were smaller today biggest going around 19, it was a grind but enjoyable.
