single prong, I have nothing but the most sympathy for you. My wife has been through two kidney transplants, and I know exactly what preventative measures you have to adhere to. I function on one kidney, as I gave it to her, so I need to be careful as well. Not sure how much Neoral you take, but none the less you cannot be wading in the water, which I am sure you know. Immnosuppressent drugs are very hard on your immune system and you need to be careful how much sun you get, so make sure you cover up. I hope your kidney functions well for many, many years.

I am a big fan of "Skin Shield" for all open wounds. It burns like HE**, but beats the alternative. Just paint it on and do what you do!
