  • East Matty Strikes Back

    Myself and a buddy hit the south shoreline and didn't have to move. We had our limit by 1:00 and spent the rest of the day just catching and tossing back. Water was in the best shape I have seen it in East Matty. Wind was out of the Northeast blowing about 5 mph. It makes all the slow days worth every second...Click image for larger version

    I never saw a wild thing feel sorry for itself. A small baby bird will fall frozen, dead from a bough without ever having felt sorry for itself...

                      All fish caught on tails. I was using a plum and white paddle tail by Gambler on 1/8 oz jig head to try and keep the bait in strike zone a little longer.
