The Spoils

Had the pleasure of beating the CRUD out of some fish with Hogie70 last week. Corkies and Tails.

We had some extended family at my sister's house this weekend so it was time to cook.
Started off on Saturday smoking a Redfish and a Throat for the Smoked Redfish Bruschetta.


All prepped for Sunday, we threw down with Fried Trout, Grilled Redfish on the Halfshell, Poached Flounder, BBQ Redfish Throat, and Trout Flounder and Shrimp Ceviche. Not to mention all of the wonderful sides and Banana Pudding for Dessert.

Great time fishing with Keith, and an awesome time enjoying "THE SPOILS" with Family. Thanks again Keith!
