Active players in the game, Hogie70, Steve_A and Caleb ?? a neighbor from Treasure Island...
Started off late due to the storm but the conditions could not be denied. Water temp was a nice 72 deg, winds started out SE shifting to NE gradually back to SE later... Started off the day tucked in a south shore line with only one nice trout to show for our efforts...
Once the wind shifted NE North we went. We pulled in on a very active shore line with nervous bait at every depth of the water column... All fish 5 lbs or better were released all fish caught were just packed plum full of eggs. And by the way there was 4 fish caught in the 5 lb range 4 fish caught in the 4 lb range and numerous 3 lb fish but we were only keeping enough for Steve_A. He was the one keeping fish this day.
The catch of the day was Caleb catching a Jack fish figthing it for 30 minutes or so and getting it devoured by a big shark lol... Reeled in only the head the head maxed out a 15 lb boga so it was a big Jack... The only pics from this day was of the Jack head...
