Keith and I got and early start this morning and began throwing spooks right off the bat.Had alot of blowups and somersaults, but the ones that took it were good ones.Solid black early and anything chrome when the sun comes up.They settled down some on the spooks,so we switched to Sand eels and Hogie diablos and proceeded to wear 'em out.Our better fish came later in the morning when the tide reached it's highest point and then on the start of the outgoing around 12:30-1pm.Steady action till 1:30-2,and we left them biting after wrapping up our limits.Great conditions, light SSE wind, good tidal movement and tons of bait made for a great day.Limits of trout to 5 lbs, limits of reds to 5 lbs and a couple of flatties.Click image for larger version
