Saturday is opening day of bow season and this year I've taken a few steps back in time. I'll be carrying an Osage selfbow built here in Texas from Texas wood. I'll only be using wood selfnock arrows with traditional heads that would have been uses 150+ years ago. So this is going to be exciting......

I was suprised at the penatration you get with the flint arrow heads. They are worse than the Energizer Bunny they keep going and going and no wonder the Indians lost so many arrow heads.
