Snaring hogs

I have a hole in my back fence hogs are making a regular trail out of. I was planning on camping out to plug one but my buddy suggested a snare trap. Since it's a small hogish sized hole it seems like a perfect plan to me. I read up a bit on snaring hogs and it all seems pretty straight forward, just wondering if anyone has any wisdom to share before I try my luck.

You can buy some pretty good snares at tractor supply....good luck hogs are darn smart critters
