Lake stubblefield

Thinking about hunting public land for duck and I keep hearing about lake stubblefield on the north end of lake Conroe anyone ever hunted this before or know where around the area to duck hunt?

Hundreds of millions up on millions of ducks... Actually hunted there a week or so ago... Didn't see a fuggin duck.
