Would a decoy with no keel have better action in calm water? Obviously they would flip if it was rough, but it seems like they would move better in a light wind.
With end-of-season prices on decoys, I was thinking of buying up a few dozen more, and experimenting with cut keels or trimmed-down keels.
Anyone know anything about this?
