Opening morning shots at the Ranch

Saw some nice bucks out this morning. 6 different. This is Robertson County and these are nice bucks for here.

I saw a nice buck this morning but he didn't stick around very long. He was walking through the brush looking for does at the feeder.

pictures didnt load first time. My buddy saw a 10 point giant this morning but of course being 82 years old, he doesnt carry a camera.

The rut seems to have started here in west Fort Bend.
This morning while I was watering my garden, a buck came from behind the barn with his nose to the ground tracking a doe. I could have squited him with the hose he was so close. He payed me no mind and kept to his persuit.
We will probably thin some Does again, we're still overrun with them. RC's gotta have meat.
Here's a pic of a young buck I got last night on a cam with some good body stucture for this area,......he got a pass this year.
