THAI REDFISH
2 TBSP Fish Sauce
1 package Pad Thai sauce
2 TBSP Sugar
1 Tsp Sesame oil
2 Tsp red chile paste
4 Garlic cloves minced
Siracha to taste
Green onions sliced, bean sprouts, chopped peanuts and lime wedges for garnish
Mix the first ingredients together well and pour/brush on redfish. Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top and grill till done. Add bean sprouts and green onion in the last few minutes to heat them up and then squeeze lime over fish before serving.
