Make this a couple of nights a month and you'll have a couple of bucks left over to pay your Evans Marine bills - Hahahaha!!!!
Ingredients:
6 or 8 drumsticks ($3.00)
Your favorite all-purpose poultry seasoning (Pantry)
1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom ($.85)
3/4 cup of Texmati rice ($1.00)
1 cup of water (Tap)
1.) Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Prepare you baking pan as you normally do when baking chicken. Rinse the drumsticks and pat dry. Place the drumsticks in the pan and season with your favorite seasoning.
2.) Grab a bowl large enough to mix the remaining ingredients in. Add your Cream of Mushroom, rice, and water. Whip it together with a fork like you would with eggs.
3.) Pour the rice and soup mixture between the drumsticks and spread evenly throughout the pan. Be careful not to knock the seasoning of the drumsticks. Sprinkle a little more seasoning on the rice if you prefer.
4.) Tightly cover the top of the baking pan in foil. Place in the oven and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes. When the time is up, pull the pan out of the oven and let it sit for a few minutes to allow the rice and chicken to absorb the moisture trapped inside. Carefully remove the foil cover and dig in.
