Chill garlic rice!
Heres what you'll need.
One cup of rice I prefer the stuff grown down in Alvin and I mix 80% basmati and 20% wild blend. Any rice will do!
Dice a couple tablespoons of onion and heat a pot on med high when the pot gets warm and 2 tablespoons butter and diced onions cook till translucent and the rice stir, add a big tablespoons of ROOSTER chill garlic sauce, add a good squirt of tomatoe toothpaste or a dab of tomatoe paste and stir. Then add one can of good quality store bought chicken stock or a 1 3/4 cup home made stock. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low stir once and cover for 15 min. Turn heat off fluff with a fork and cover for 10 min and bam your done! ... Options- green onion, Chinese or Itallian parsley, mushrooms, corn, peas or whatever! Enjoy
