actually Robalo isnt too far off... it happened this year in Massachusetts for freshwater ....
“The regulation was implemented primarily to protect the state’s small population of common loon (Gavia immer),” said Dr. Mark Tisa, Assistant Director of Fisheries. Common Loons are a state listed Species of Special Concern.
Hell November last year they were trying to ban lead lures all over the nation ... it dont seem too far fetched the way things have been changing latly
