To be fair, she's just an idiot who doesn't know what martial law means. I don't think she actually called for it. Her quote reads like she was calling a bill that passed the senate and is waiting on house approval martial law. She has the intelligence of a 6 year old. What's really scary is ol' triple crown probably heard that word somewhere and just started repeating it.
