ObamaCare "Navigators"
My significant other works off Harwin. The second floor of her office building is an ObamaCare Navigator site-filled with Gimmedats and former ACORN types. She said those folks come to work in PJs, hoodies, and look like trash and are scary. There's been one bust for pot-the guy jumped from the second floor and broke his legs trying to get away from the cops, several fights, used condoms found laying on the bathroom floors and they trash the little deli in the bldg. These are the same folks you give all your personal info to when signing up for ObamaCare. They have very little or no training and are not subject to confidentiality. The "bosses" are former ACORN folks (at least for the group at her bldg.) and are paid by Gummint Contract to provide the "Navigators".
Of course the Navigators are called that because otherwise they would have to be "licensed" to sell insurance and the ObamaCare act took care of that so any incompetent crook or thief can be hired and be a "Navigator". Of course Obama and Sebelius didn't think about you giving all your personal info to a crook-why the hell should they-they aint subject to it!!
Well at least our Lt. Gov thought about that (a Republican of course). He sent a letter to the State Isurance Commissioner and said you need to implement background checks since it is likely crooks are getting your personal info (SSN, Bank Accts., etc.) and can easily sell or steal from you.

AUSTIN — Lt. Gov. David Dewhurst told Insurance Commissioner Julia Rathgeber in a letter Monday that he supports the agency’s proposed rules to regulate navigators who help citizens purchase health insurance under the Affordable Care Act.
“While the proposed rules could go farther, they are a vast improvement and I encourage you to adopt final rules that provide more protection to consumers than the federal regulations do,” Dewhurst said. “Left unchecked, Obamacare will undermine our health care delivery system, diminish personal privacy and wreak financial havoc at every level.”
The rules would require navigators – hired by local organizations through a federal grant – to undergo a criminal background check, prove their U.S. citizenship and enroll in an additional 40 hours of training among other requirements.
ONE WOULD THINK THAT THE HEAD IDIOT IN CHARGE, OBAMA, WOULD HAVE WORRIED ABOUT THE AVERAGE PERSON'S PERSONAL INFO BEING STOLEN BY HIS NAVIGATORS, BUT ALAS, HE IS NOT. FOR THOSE THAT VOTED FOR OBAMA, MAY YOUR I.D. BE STOLEN AND YOUR ACCOUNTS BE EMPTIED-YOU ONLY HAVE YOURSELF TO BLAME FOR IT WHEN IT HAPPENS BECAUSE YOU ELECTED THE DAMN MORON.
