Dude, you'd sell your soul to have the lifestyle and standard of living they have in Tyler vs Galveston, surf side, Freeport, etc..

Very few cities for its size, if any, have more $$$$ in it than Tyler

The only problem Tyler has is the invasion of people from the South of the border, like every other city.

Actually, the only problem with Tyler is the fact they don't sell hard liquor! Lol!

That's true!
My entire time of being born and raised in Tyler, you'd have to drive to Kilgore or Coffee City to buy beer or booze. Every other year they would have an election for Tyler to go wet and all those liquor stores would flood Tyler with anti drinking posters and urge voters to turn it down.

As of about a year ago, you can at least buy beer in stores there.

And one more thing, in the city of roses, don't ever forget about the most famous one of all and in my opinion the greatest running back of all time..Big Earl.
