In yet another power grab by the federal government and it's bureaucracy, HUD will now begin forcing American neighborhoods to follow new guidelines, including a particular racial and economic mix (social engineering). This will take local power away from cities and replace it. None of the few stories about this new set of rules mentions the fact that it will also be de facto gerrymandering by the democrat party, which I suspect is the real reason for the change.
