I made a great sauce and marinade with mine:
- About 12-15 (give or take...) Habanero peppers. Remove the seeds.
- 1 can sliced peaches in light syrup.
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup yellow mustard
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
Blend on high till sauced. Good for tortilla chips or a grilled chicken marinadeAt his baptism, Sam Houston was told his sins were washed away. He reportedly replied, “I pity the fish downstream.” - Nov. 19, 1854 - Independence, Texas
