  • My Bayou Vista Neighbor gave me...

    This!

Now my question, what is the best way to weigh it down? I was thinking a couple of cinder blocks.., one a couple of feet from the bulb and another where it will enter the water by the dock.

And yes, they are Great neighbors.

Awesome!! I use a couple of bricks on the light. Gotta be able to pull it in if it needs maintenance.

I use either a brick or 1-2 pounds of lead weight with the light floating about 2' above the weight.
"Hey Hillary, regarding the Benghazi Attack on 9/11-we'll just blame it on that movie, not my total lack of security. By the way, what's so significant about 9/11 anyway-was that a date my buddy Bill Ayers of the Weather Underground blew up a government building?" asked Obama to Hillary. BEAUTIFY AMERICA, RUN OVER A LIBERAL, THEN BACK UP AND SEE IF HE'S DEAD.

Be aware of "friends" that travel by canal that you "share" the lights with while you're gone. I would use the very large lead weights since it is easier to repair your electrical line after the "friends" get hung up on it and short out your elec line. It can and will happen because their tackle is way more important to them than your underwater lights.
