My Mom is 83 years old and asking for prayers.
She has been sick for almost 3 months and none of the Doctors can figure out what is wrong.
The first 6 weeks she was running a fever and had loose bowels. She had seen a couple of Doctors, but antibiotics
were not helping.
It got bad enough that we took her to the ER and they put her in the Hospital for dehydration.
Several specialist checked her out. One of them was from the Texas Infectious Disease Control Unit.
They put her on some kind of Super antibiotic and she got out after 10 days.
The Meds must be strong. $1300 for every 6 days of pills. Good thing she bought extra insurance to go with
her Medicare. She only pays $5.
But nothing has changed. She just had some more blood taken so they can check for anything.
We are waiting for the results.
