My wife is planning a quick weekend trip to North Padre. Is 59 a better way than Texas 35?

Yeah. Go to alvin on 6 and take 1462 to Damon. Take a right on 36 and go to needville. Take 360 in needville and you'll pop out south of Rosenberg on 59. Turn left and haul arse.
