I have been fishing West Bay all my life, can't say I've been a big catcher but I have a lot of fun trying. Family has a house in Bay Harbor by the Rusty Hook, only get to visit a handful of times a year these days as I live just North of Austin and it's a pretty good haul to get over there.
Heading that way last weekend of August, lurking a little more than usual. Hoping the weather is right for some surf action. I do have a little aluminum boat with motor to get me around to some of the closer holes.
