Hey all.
I have been living in Clear Lake area for about 4 years. Just bought a boat in september. 18 foot Haynie tunnel hull flat bottom (Seadrifter) with a Tohatsu 90 TLDI. Love it and bought it specifically to fish easy area opportunities near the house and for west bay. Knew i would need a shallow draft shallow running to go explore like i like to do. Hope can meet up with some of yall and hurry up over the learning curve.
I grew up fishing sporadically so not much luck consistently finding fish. Always went to san luis pass area or jettys and just hoped for the best. Now looking to up my game a bit. I think i am in the right kind of boat to get in the area i want to fish now just gotta put in my time. Look forward to making myself available to some new luck.
