The surf is working now if you just want something to pull your string. I was on the beach at Jamacia Beach on Saturday and there was a couple of guys fishing w/peeled shrimp and they were steady catching fish. I saw them catch a couple of whiting, croaker,and a pompano in a short time as we drove by. It was cold and scattered light showers but the fish didn't seem to mind.
