I just wanted to introduce myself here and hopefully get to know some of you guys and maybe pick up some pointers for fishing around the island. I'm somewhat new to fishing the west side of galveston. I've been out to SLP wade fishing the bay side a few times with a little luck. I grew up in Beaumont and spent many days fishing around Sabine lake and Pleasure Island.
