What's up guys? I'm new to the site, but not to fishing. I've been saltwater fishing for a little over 2 years. I live in Dickinson and try to get down to Galveston, Bolivar or Texas City at least every weekend. I have always been a lazy fisherman, fishing the bottom with fresh dead, but lately I've started throwing topwaters and I love it! I normally fish with my neighbor from his 16' Jon boat, but I'm not against wading, surf fishing or fishing from shore. I own a boat that I'm in the middle of restoring and will be fishing almost exclusively from it when it's done. I'm always looking for advice and hints and I'll chime in if I have something productive to add. I heard about the site from a guy on another site that I'm a member of. So far, it looks pretty cool here. I think I'm going to spend the next few hours reading up on here. If you're ever in the mood to hit up Galveston, give me a shout.
