Well I come to you guys for advice and info. I've been fishing Chocolate Bayou since 2008. With that said I haven't had much luck with salt water in general. I'll admit before last year I haven't paid much attention to tide, time, or anything else that helps make you successful. My back ground is in fresh water fishing which I absolutely love and am great at. I've realized fresh water fishing is a heck of a lot easier than salt water. That may be due to my severe lack of knowledge though.

Anyhow I'm stumbling my way through this and figured I'd gain some good knowledge here.

Welcome to the site, We will have you bleeding salt water in no time. We look at the tides, the sunset, the sunrise, the moon set, the moon rise, the minors and majors, the guts the cuts the marsh and the baits and we still don't always get it right.
