    Good morning and good to be back!!!!

    Good morning all. My name is Ralph Cole,, and I practically grew up in Sea Isle (since 1966 @ 4127 Reeves) and on West Bay. My grandparents sold the house about 12 yrs ago. My son is now 20 and spends quite a bit of his weekend time down there wading. I now own a small G3 boat and you should start spotting me out that way the closer I get to retirement.

    Also have a nephew with a house on Tampa Bay, so I should have it made there too, right?
