My name is Joe and have been back to fishing again last year. I stopped fishing over twenty years ago because of works, family matters and raising our kids. Now they are out of colleges and will be out of the house soon, I will have times to do some fishing. I used to wade fish in the bay side of San Luis Pass and rock walk the Galveston south jetty. I found the the Galveston south jetty is no longer fishable because it seems to sink at least a foot or more after Ike. Lately I have been going regularly to Bolivar pocket but stopped doing it this summer due to the risk of getting flesh eating bacteria. I have been thinking more about getting a kayak to go around in the bays. Any how, a big hello!
