Team FishWestEnd @ 2 Cool Cook Off
March 18th & 19th is the date of the event.
Please reply to the poll on what date is best for you to meet on. Those that are wanting to help cook etc we need to have a few meetings in order to iron out some details of who is bringing what and what we have in store for this year.
If you are interested in helping out, volunteering, cooking etc. In a PM I need you to list your name, e-mail & phone number and what you can help out with or bring to the event.
We will be looking for some assistance with this event. We will be feeding any member who comes out to the event, so we invite all members to come out and show their support for not only our team but also the charity this event intends to support.
Plate tickets / food tickets may be sold depending upon our meetings a very high percentage of which would be donated to the charity itself from FishWestEnd.com the other percentage to help offset the teams expenses for the weekend in terms of Food, Alcohol for Friday night (BYOB Saturday), Equipment rental (if any) most is being donated by members. And we greatly appreciate that. Any music, stereos would be helpdful just creating an atomoshphere. Rope lighting around Gilbert's tent would be great, if you have a tent (not a 10x10 academy) we are talking 30' x 20' etc let me know would love to discuss rental or use of it.
