My Son and I went out with the dolphin murderer today in west bay. Was a blast! Caught some nice trout. However at one point we had quit a scare. We were over west of confederate reef drifting mud streaks when our guide became very agitated and was even talking to himself. His look was grimacing. I looked in the direction of his stare and out of the water slid a very large dolphin. It was then I knew the stories were true. He did remain professional and continued to pursue the trout but under his breath I heard him curse that he would have to "let this one live." Gave us quite a scare but in retrospect it made the trip that much more of an adventure. My son wants to read Moby Dick now because he is intrigued by the way a man can become posessed by a manic hatred for a sea mammal. Was an experience he will never forget. Isn t that what you always want these kinds of trips to be between a man and his son?
