Thanks to Coe, I've got my stove rollin' with some awesome boudin. It's been frozen and thawed, so I gotta cook it all. Haven't tried any yet, but it sure smells great! Thanks Coe!

I'm going to make that call on Wednesday. I can't be sure yet because I've got a lot of things to take care of at my house. I'm going to have to take a weekend soon.
